Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Amish Stuffing Pork Chops

Ingredients (3 main items)

  • 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Optional (but recommended):

  • ½ cup water or chicken broth
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the slow cooker
Lightly grease the inside or use a liner.
  2. Season & place pork chops
Put pork chops at the bottom. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Add stuffing mix
Pour the dry stuffing mix evenly over the pork chops.
  4. Mix soup + liquid
In a bowl, stir the cream of mushroom soup with ½ cup water or broth.
  5. Pour on top
Spread the soup mixture over the stuffing layer.
  6. Cook
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
  7. Serve
Spoon the stuffing and sauce over the pork chops.

Tips for Best Results

  • Bone-in chops tend to stay juicier.
  • Don’t overcook—pork can dry out if left too long.
  • Add sliced onions or mushrooms for extra flavor (optional, but very common in Amish-style cooking).

What It’s Like

You get tender pork chops, savory stuffing, and a creamy gravy-like sauce—all cooked together in one pot.
