Ingredients
- 300 g egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional but recommended)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the noodles
- Boil egg noodles in salted water until just tender.
- Drain and place them in a baking dish (like in your image).
2. Make the creamy mixture
- In a bowl, mix:
- Cream of chicken soup
- Milk
- Chicken
- Vegetables
- Seasonings
3. Assemble
- Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the noodles.
- Gently mix or leave layered (both ways work).
- Sprinkle cheese on top if using.
4. Bake
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
🔥 Tips
- Add crispy breadcrumbs or fried onions on top for crunch.
- Swap chicken for tuna to make a similar “tuna noodle casserole.”
