Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (any brand, ~18–20 oz / 500–550 g)
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp water or milk
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended)

1. Preheat oven
- Set to 180°C (350°F)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Make the dough
- In a bowl, mix brownie mix + eggs + oil + water
- Stir until thick (it will be sticky, that’s normal)
- Fold in chocolate chips if using
3. Shape cookies
- Scoop about 1–2 tbsp of dough per cookie
- Place on tray, leaving space (they spread a bit)
4. Bake
- Bake for 8–10 minutes
👉 Edges should be set, centers slightly soft
5. Cool
- Let cool on tray for 5 minutes, then transfer
