Ingredients
For the base layer:
- 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
For the cream cheese layer:
- 200 g cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
For the chocolate pudding layer:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 packet chocolate pudding mix (or homemade pudding)
For the top layer:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (for garnish)

1. Prepare the base:
- Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press firmly into the bottom of a serving dish.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.
2. Make the cream layer:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
3. Prepare the chocolate pudding:
- Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
- Let it set slightly, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
4. Add the final topping:
- Spread whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.
5. Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (overnight is even better).
