Top Layer:

1. Make the Strawberry Layer
- Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water and let it cool slightly (donβt let it fully set).
- Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.
- Pour into a dish and refrigerate until set (about 1β2 hours).
2. Make the Cream Layer
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
3. Assemble
- Spread the cream layer evenly over the chilled strawberry layer.
- Smooth the top.
4. Add Topping
- Spread remaining whipped topping on top.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs evenly.
5. Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 3β4 hours (overnight is best) before slicing.
