Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced, or garlic powder to taste)

- Prep the pork chops
Place the pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer if possible. - Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic. Stir until well blended. - Pour and coat
Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure they’re well coated. - Cook
- On LOW: 6–7 hours
- On HIGH: 3–4 hours
The pork should be tender and cooked through.
- Serve
Spoon the sauce over the pork chops before serving. Great with rice, mashed potatoes, or veggies.

- Add sliced onions or carrots for extra flavor.
- For a thicker sauce, remove liquid at the end and simmer it on the stove for a few minutes.
- A splash of apple cider vinegar or a pinch of chili flakes can balance the sweetness nicely.
