- 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 cup ketchup
- ½ cup brown sugar

- Prep the pork chops
Place pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer if possible. - Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine ketchup and brown sugar. Stir until smooth. - Coat the pork chops
Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops, making sure they’re well covered. - Cook
- LOW: 6–7 hours
- HIGH: 3–4 hours
Pork should be tender and fully cooked.
- Serve
Spoon the sauce over the pork chops before serving. Great with rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
🍽️ Tips & Add-Ons (Optional but Worth It)
- Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce for extra depth.
- Toss in sliced onions or garlic for more flavor.
- For thicker sauce: remove liquid after cooking and simmer on the stove 5–10 minutes.
