Ingredients (3 main items)
- 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
Optional (but recommended):
- ½ cup water or chicken broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the slow cooker
Lightly grease the inside or use a liner. - Season & place pork chops
Put pork chops at the bottom. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. - Add stuffing mix
Pour the dry stuffing mix evenly over the pork chops. - Mix soup + liquid
In a bowl, stir the cream of mushroom soup with ½ cup water or broth. - Pour on top
Spread the soup mixture over the stuffing layer. - Cook
- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
- Serve
Spoon the stuffing and sauce over the pork chops.
Tips for Best Results
- Bone-in chops tend to stay juicier.
- Don’t overcook—pork can dry out if left too long.
- Add sliced onions or mushrooms for extra flavor (optional, but very common in Amish-style cooking).
