Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Mix
  • 1 cup water or milk (milk makes them richer + more protein)
  • 1 large egg (optional, for extra protein & fluffiness)
  • 1โ€“2 tbsp oil or melted butter (optional, for softer texture)

  1. Preheat pan

  2. Mix batter

    • Kodiak mix
    • Liquid (water or milk)
