Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel)
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Tortilla chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes with green chilies.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture into a baking dish or oven-safe bowl.
- Add the beef mixture on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese generously over everything.
- Arrange tortilla chips around the edges like in the photo.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra browning if desired.
Serve hot with extra chips for dipping.
