- Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour (until doubled in size).
2. Prepare toppings
- Cook your meat and vegetables ahead of time.

Mix:
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream/yogurt
- Garlic
- Salt & pepper
Spreadable and creamy—that’s what you want.
4. Assemble the pizza
- Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
- Roll out the dough into a circle or rectangle.
- Transfer to a baking tray or pizza stone.
- Spread the sauce evenly.
- Add cheese.
- Add meat and vegetables.
- Make small wells and crack eggs directly on top.
5. Bake
- Bake for 10–15 minutes
- Eggs should be set but yolks slightly runny (or cook longer if you prefer firm yolks)
6. Finish & serve
- Drizzle olive oil
- Add herbs or chili flakes
- Slice and serve hot
🔥 Tips for best results
- Pre-bake crust for 5 minutes if you want it extra crispy
- Don’t overload toppings or the pizza gets soggy
