Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional but recommended 😄)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients
In a microwave-safe mug, add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir well. - Add wet ingredients
Pour in milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth (no lumps). - Add chocolate chips
Stir them in or just drop them in the center for a gooey core. - Microwave
Cook for 60–90 seconds (depending on your microwave power).
The cake should rise and look set but still soft. - Cool slightly & enjoy
Let it sit for 1–2 minutes—it’ll be hot!
