Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Ketchup Pork Chops: Sweet, Tangy, and Shockingly Delicious

Ingredients

  • 4–6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • ½ cup brown sugar

  1. Prep the pork chops
    Place pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer if possible.
  2. Mix the sauce
    In a bowl, combine ketchup and brown sugar. Stir until smooth.
  3. Coat the pork chops
    Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops, making sure they’re well covered.
  4. Cook
    • LOW: 6–7 hours
    • HIGH: 3–4 hours
      Pork should be tender and fully cooked.
  5. Serve
    Spoon the sauce over the pork chops before serving. Great with rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
