Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced, or garlic powder to taste)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep the pork chops
    Place the pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer if possible.
  2. Mix the sauce
    In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic. Stir until well blended.
  3. Pour and coat
    Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure they’re well coated.
  4. Cook
    • On LOW: 6–7 hours
    • On HIGH: 3–4 hours
      The pork should be tender and cooked through.
  5. Serve
    Spoon the sauce over the pork chops before serving. Great with rice, mashed potatoes, or veggies.

  • Add sliced onions or carrots for extra flavor.
  • For a thicker sauce, remove liquid at the end and simmer it on the stove for a few minutes.
  • A splash of apple cider vinegar or a pinch of chili flakes can balance the sweetness nicely.
