Ingredients
- 2 cups full-fat milk (or heavy cream for richer version)
- 2–4 tbsp sweetener (like erythritol, monk fruit, or stevia — adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
👩🍳 Instructions
- Heat the milk
Pour the milk into a saucepan over medium-low heat. - Simmer gently
Let it simmer (don’t boil hard), stirring occasionally.
Cook for 20–30 minutes until it reduces by about half and thickens. - Add sweetener & butter
Stir in your sugar substitute and butter until fully melted. - Finish with vanilla
Add vanilla and a pinch of salt for flavor. - Cool down
It will thicken more as it cools—just like regular condensed milk.
⚡ Quick Blender Version (3–5 min)
If you’re in a rush:
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2–3 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tbsp butter
👉 Blend everything for 1–2 minutes until smooth and thick.
💡 Tips
- Best sweeteners: erythritol + a little stevia (better taste, less aftertaste)
- If it crystallizes (common with erythritol), warm it gently and stir
- For ultra-creamy texture, use heavy cream instead of milk
