Sugar-free condensed milk

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full-fat milk (or heavy cream for richer version)
  • 2–4 tbsp sweetener (like erythritol, monk fruit, or stevia — adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat the milk
Pour the milk into a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Simmer gently
Let it simmer (don’t boil hard), stirring occasionally.
Cook for 20–30 minutes until it reduces by about half and thickens.
  3. Add sweetener & butter
Stir in your sugar substitute and butter until fully melted.
  4. Finish with vanilla
Add vanilla and a pinch of salt for flavor.
  5. Cool down
It will thicken more as it cools—just like regular condensed milk.

⚡ Quick Blender Version (3–5 min)

If you’re in a rush:

  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2–3 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tbsp butter

👉 Blend everything for 1–2 minutes until smooth and thick.

💡 Tips

  • Best sweeteners: erythritol + a little stevia (better taste, less aftertaste)
  • If it crystallizes (common with erythritol), warm it gently and stir
  • For ultra-creamy texture, use heavy cream instead of milk
