- Preheat pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it. - Mix batter
In a bowl, combine:- Kodiak mix
- Liquid (water or milk)
- Egg (if using)
- Oil/butter (if using)
- Stir until just combined (donโt overmixโslightly lumpy is perfect).
- Cook pancakes
- Pour about ยผ cup batter per pancake onto the pan
- Cook for 2โ3 minutes until bubbles form
- Flip and cook another 1โ2 minutes until golden
- Serve warm
