Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts (Comfort Food)

🧾 Ingredients
3–4 chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (sliced)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (Parmesan or mozzarella)
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh parsley (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until soft and fragrant.
Add the cream, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Place the chicken breasts in a glass casserole dish.
Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
🍽️ Tips
Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
Serve with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
For a lighter version, use half-and-half or yogurt instead of heavy cream.
