 Ingredients

For the Sandwiches

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 12 slices deli ham or turkey (cut into quarters)
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese (cut into quarters)
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard or regular mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)

For the Buttery Glaze

  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp poppy seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of black pepper

 Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

In a small bowl, mix:

  • Cream cheese
  • Honey mustard
  • Mayonnaise (if using)

Spread a thin layer of the mixture onto half of the Ritz crackers.
This gives you a creamy, tangy base that makes the sandwiches irresistible.

2. Build the Sandwiches

On each prepared cracker:

  • Add one small slice of cheddar cheese
  • Add one slice of ham/turkey
  • Top with another Ritz cracker to form a mini sandwich

Press gently so everything sticks together.

3. Make the Buttery Glaze

In a bowl, whisk together:

  • Melted butter
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Dijon mustard
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Poppy seeds
  • Black pepper

4. Bake the Sandwiches

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment
