Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional but makes it extra creamy)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. - Make the creamy Caesar mix:
In a bowl, mix together Caesar dressing, sour cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese until smooth. - Assemble:
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the creamy Caesar mixture evenly over each piece. - Add cheese:
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese generously on top. - Bake:
Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden and bubbly. - Optional broil:
For a crispy top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end. - Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.
Notes for Extra Flavor:
- Add crushed croutons on top during the last 10 minutes for a crunchy texture.
