Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli – Easy, Quick & Addictive!

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional but amazing for flavor)
How to Make It (Step-by-Step)
1 Prep the sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together:
- Honey
- Soy sauce
- Minced garlic
- Sesame oil
This will be your sticky, shiny, sweet-savory glaze.
2 Sear the sausage
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced sausage and cook 3–4 minutes until it gets that golden, crispy edge.
Remove and set aside.
3 Cook the shrimp
In the same skillet, add the shrimp.
Cook for 1–2 minutes per side, just until pink.
Remove and set aside with the sausage.
4 Steam or sauté the broccoli
Add broccoli to the skillet with 2–3 tbsp water.
Cover and steam for 3 minutes, or sauté until bright green and slightly tender.
5 Combine everything
Return the shrimp and sausage to the pan.
Pour the honey-garlic sauce over everything.
Stir and cook 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients perfectly.
