CRISPY CHICKEN STRIPS 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. Prep the chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into even strips.
  2. Season the flour: In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Egg wash: In a second bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk.
  4. Breadcrumb station: Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Coat the chicken:
    • Dip each strip in the seasoned flour.
    • Then into the egg mixture.
    • Finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently so it sticks.
  6. Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry strips 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
    (You can also bake at 400°F/200°C for 18–20 min.)
  7. Serve: Enjoy with ranch, honey mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
