CRISPY CHICKEN STRIPS
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- Prep the chicken: Slice the chicken breasts into even strips.
- Season the flour: In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Egg wash: In a second bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk.
- Breadcrumb station: Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat the chicken:
- Dip each strip in the seasoned flour.
- Then into the egg mixture.
- Finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently so it sticks.
- Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry strips 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
(You can also bake at 400°F/200°C for 18–20 min.) - Serve: Enjoy with ranch, honey mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
