Classic Cherry Delight (No-Bake Dessert)

Ingredients

  • Crust:
    1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
    2 tbsp sugar
  • Cream Layer:
    8 oz cream cheese, softened
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • Topping:
    1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Crust: Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill 15 minutes.
  2. Cream Layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Assemble: Spread cream layer over crust evenly.
  4. Top: Spoon cherry pie filling over the cream layer.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

Tips

  • Swap cherries for blueberry or strawberry filling.
  • For extra crunch, bake the crust at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, then cool.
