Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional (for extra flavor):
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned.
- Drain excess fat if needed.
- Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and stir well so the meat is evenly coated.
- Add the diced tomatoes with green chiles (do not drain). Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Lower the heat and gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

- Remove from heat and serve warm.
