Ingredients:
2 slices of white bread (feel free to use whole wheat or your favorite bread)
2 to 3 slices of bologna
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (or more, to taste)
Optional Add-ons:
Cheese slices
Pickles
Lettuce or tomato slices
Mustard or ketchup
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the bologna slices and fry them until they get crispy edges.
3. Toast the bread if you like it crispy.
