Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken

Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken
Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional but makes it extra creamy)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Make the creamy Caesar mix:
In a bowl, mix together Caesar dressing, sour cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. Assemble:
Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spread the creamy Caesar mixture evenly over each piece.
  5. Add cheese:
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese generously on top.
  6. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 30–40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Optional broil:
For a crispy top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
  8. Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.

Notes for Extra Flavor:

  • Add crushed croutons on top during the last 10 minutes for a crunchy texture.
  • Use thick Caesar dressing for best results.
  • This recipe is perfect for meal prep—stays juicy even when reheated
