Chicken Bacon Ranch Soup
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Directions:
In a large pot, combine chicken, bacon, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions or parsley if desired.
