Cafeteria Noodles with Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

8 oz egg noodles

3 tablespoons butter

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Salt, to taste

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons butter (for chicken)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat.

Stir in the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until the noodles are coated in the creamy sauce. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.

While the noodles are simmering, melt 2 tablespoons butter in a separate pan over medium heat.

Add the chicken pieces to the pan and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Sauté the chicken for 6-7 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.

Add the minced garlic to the chicken and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Combine the garlic butter chicken bites with the creamy noodles, toss to combine, and serve hot. Enjoy!
