Slow Cooker Tropical Fruit
🥭 Ingredients (serves 4–6)
- 2 cups pineapple (fresh or canned, chunks)
- 2 cups mango (peeled, cubed)
- 1–2 bananas (sliced)
- 1 cup papaya or peaches (optional)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or brown sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
🔪 Instructions
- Prep the fruit
Chop everything into bite-sized pieces so it cooks evenly. - Add to slow cooker
Place all fruit into the slow cooker, then pour in coconut milk, lime juice, and vanilla. - Season
Sprinkle in cinnamon, salt, and sweetener. - Cook
- Low: 3–4 hours
- High: 1.5–2 hours
Stir once or twice if possible.
- Finish & serve
Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice. Serve warm.
