  • 2 cups pineapple (fresh or canned, chunks)
  • 2 cups mango (peeled, cubed)
  • 1–2 bananas (sliced)
  • 1 cup papaya or peaches (optional)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

🔪 Instructions

  1. Prep the fruit
    Chop everything into bite-sized pieces so it cooks evenly.
  2. Add to slow cooker
    Place all fruit into the slow cooker, then pour in coconut milk, lime juice, and vanilla.
  3. Season
    Sprinkle in cinnamon, salt, and sweetener.
