Ingredients (4 only)
- 3–4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6–8 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 2–3 green onions (sliced)
🔥 Instructions
1. Prep the potatoes
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
- Wash potatoes well (leave skin on for texture)
- Slice into thin rounds (about 3–5 mm thick)
2. Bake until crispy
- Spread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet
- Lightly season with salt (optional but recommended)
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake another 15–20 minutes
- They should be golden and crispy like chips
3. Add toppings
- Remove from oven
- Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon
4. Melt & finish
- Return to oven for 5 minutes (until cheese is melted)
- Remove and top with sliced green onions

Best eaten hot while crispy and cheesy.
