- 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
- 2–3 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. - Prepare vegetables
Slice the bell peppers and onion. - Assemble the dish
- Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly on the bottom.
- Layer the sliced peppers and onions on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over everything.
- Bake
Place in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly. - Serve
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
