Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar (about 1/2 cup)
- 100 ml milk (about 1/2 cup)
- 80 ml oil (about 1/3 cup)
- 200 g flour (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 10 g baking powder (1 packet or 2 tsp)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar or extract
- Optional: cocoa powder, chocolate chips, or lemon zest
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and slightly fluffy. - Add liquids
Pour in the milk and oil. Mix well. - Add dry ingredients
Sift in the flour and baking powder. Add vanilla. Stir until smooth. - Optional flavor
- Add 1–2 tbsp cocoa for a chocolate version
- Or lemon zest for a fresh taste
- Cook quickly (2 options):
Microwave method (fastest):- Pour into a microwave-safe dish
- Cook for 5–8 minutes (depending on power)
- Stovetop method:
- Pour into a greased pan
- Cover and cook on very low heat for ~15 minutes
- Check doneness
Insert a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it’s ready.
