Ingredients:
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken into smaller pieces
– 1 cup chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi-sweet)
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
– Sea salt (optional, for sprinkling)
Directions:
Mix the Peanut Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Stir until well blended and smooth.
Add the Pretzels: Gently fold in the broken pretzel pieces until they are evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Combine: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter-pretzel mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
Form the Clusters: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming clusters.
Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the clusters are firm.
Serve: Once set, remove from the refrigerator and sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Enjoy these sweet and salty no-bake treats!
